• Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. For the same message us on Instagram with the full parcel opening video showing the defects.

• We accept exchanges if you ship the products back to our studio. In this case, you would bear the shipping costs to return the product and also for getting a new one in exchange.
