Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

At Cats&Bows, we strive to ensure that every product you purchase meets the highest standards of quality and design. However, due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges or replacements unless there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue with the product.

Damages and issues

  • Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video! 
  • All we ask is that you drop us an email along with a photo & an uncut unboxing video of the package you received & show the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece.

Exchange/Returns/Refunds 

  • We put in a lot of time and love into handcrafting your Cats and Bows accessories and your satisfaction is very important to us!
  • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene precautions.
  • Our number one priority is for our customers to be absolutely 100% in LOVE with our bows! So please reach out if you're needing assistance. 
  • Cats & Bows does NOT accept forced returns and these are non-refundable.
