Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
- Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video!
- All we ask is that you drop us an email along with a photo & unboxing video of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece.
Exchange/Returns/Refunds
- We put in a lot of time and love into handcrafting your Cats and Bows accessories and your satisfaction is very important to us!
- We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene precautions.
- Our number one priority is for our customers to be absolutely 100% in LOVE with our bows! So please reach out if you're needing assistance.
