- Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately.
- All we ask is that you drop us an email along with a photo of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece.
- We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, we accept exchanges if you ship the products back to our studio. In this case, you would bear the shipping costs to return the product and also for getting a new one in exchange.
