Frequently Asked Questions

Orders will ship within 4-5 business days from your order date via FEDEX/INDIA POST first class mail, and should be delivered with about 3-4 business days. You will receive a confirmation  email with a tracking number so you can trace the status of your package every step of the way! Our processing time is subject to change if we are experiencing a high volume of orders.

Absolutely! Be sure to email us promptly after you place your orders so that we can combine them prior to shipping.

While we strive for our product images to be completely accurate representations of what our bows look like in real life, keep in mind that screen calibration on your device may affect the appearance of the color. Also, pattern placement on our printed fabrics may vary slightly! Each handmade bow is unique and may vary slightly from the bow in the photograph.

Yes! All products founds in the store can be customised. Full colour charts can be found in the ‘colour chart’ section of the website and on each listing. If unsure of a colour match for a specific outfit feel free to email hello@catsandbows.com a photo and leave the matching up to us! Please ensure you leave your details in the notes on your order!

To prevent your bows becoming misshaped or damaged, please store in a spacious area, on a flat surface. Bows should not be stacked or stored where they can become flattened or bent.
Do not let your child play with the bows.
Do not let your bows become wet or be put in the wash!

We put in a lot of time and love into handcrafting your Cats and Bows accessories and your satisfaction is very important to us!
Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately.
All we ask is that you drop us an email along with a photo of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
