Since all our products are hand crafted, each bow may look slightly different, actual color of the products may very slightly vary, yet we have tried to get to the closest to the actual product.  

• We put in a lot of time and love into handcrafting your Cats and Bows accessories and your satisfaction is very important to us!
• Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. For the same message us on Instagram with the full parcel opening video showing the defects.

• We accept exchanges if you ship the products back to our studio. In this case, you would bear the shipping costs to return the product and also for getting a new one in exchange.
• Our number one priority is for our customers to be absolutely 100% in LOVE with our bows! So please reach out if you're needing assistance.
