  Due to the handmade nature, each bow may look slightly different. Prints may appear different on your bow depending on fabric placement. Actual color of the bow may vary due to differences in computer monitors.
  We do our best to depict our items true to color but cannot control color variations due to different computers.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

• Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video! 
• All we ask is that you drop us an email along with a photo & unboxing video of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece.

Exchange/Returns/Refunds 

• We put in a lot of time and love into handcrafting your Cats and Bows accessories and your satisfaction is very important to us!
• We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene precautions. However, we accept exchanges if you ship the products back to our studio in unused and unopened condition. In this case, you would bear the shipping costs to return the product and also for getting a new one in exchange.
• Our number one priority is for our customers to be absolutely 100% in LOVE with our bows! So please reach out if you're needing assistance. 
• Cats & Bows does NOT accept forced returns and these are non-refundable.
